“All-inclusive” in dental tourism is used loosely. Some packages include the treatment but not the hotel. Some include the hotel but not transfers. Some quote for the procedure but not the X-rays, temporaries or fitting appointments.
Every package at Gee Smile includes the same core elements — regardless of which treatment you are having. You are quoted for everything in one number. That number does not change after you arrive.
This page tells you exactly what is included in every package, what the hotel looks like, how the transfers work, and how to customise your package if your situation requires it.
The Core Package — What Every Patient Receives
Regardless of which treatment you are having, every Gee Smile package includes the following. These are not optional upgrades — they are the baseline.
✦ The Clinical Treatment
Everything required to complete your agreed treatment plan during your stay:
- All clinical consultations and examinations
- All diagnostic imaging — panoramic X-ray, 3D CT scan where required
- The procedure itself — implant placement, crown fitting, veneer preparation and bonding, whitening session, or other agreed treatment
- All temporary restorations during laboratory phases (where applicable)
- Final restorations — crowns, veneers, bridges — as per your agreed plan
- All fitting appointments, adjustments and checks during your stay
- A final review appointment before departure
What this means in practice: You do not pay separately for X-rays, consultations, impressions, temporaries or laboratory fees. They are within your quoted price.
✦ Hotel Accommodation
4-star hotel, centrally located in Turkey
Your hotel is booked by us, directly, as part of your package. You do not need to find or book your own accommodation.
- Room type: Standard double (superior rooms available depending on package)
- Breakfast: Included daily
- Location: a short drive from the clinic — VIP transfer provided
- Check-in: Day 1 of your stay / Check-out: day of departure
- WiFi, air conditioning and other standard amenities
The hotel is used exclusively by our patients during treatment — your neighbours in the breakfast room are likely going through the same process you are. Many patients find this unexpectedly reassuring.
Additional nights beyond the standard package inclusion are available at £80 per night. If your treatment requires an extended stay, this is confirmed and quoted before you book.
✦ Airport Transfers
VIP private transfer — both directions
- Arrival: Your driver meets you at the airport arrivals with a name board. You are transported directly to your hotel. No taxis, no navigation, no queuing.
- Return: Your driver collects you from the hotel on your departure day and transfers you to the airport in time for your flight. Your coordinator confirms the timing the evening before.
- Vehicle: Private car or minivan (depending on group size)
- Driver: Professional, English-speaking, Gee Smile-vetted
Transfers between hotel and clinic for all appointments are included in your package.

One named coordinator — from first contact to post-treatment
Your coordinator is the same person throughout. They are not a call centre — they are a named individual who knows your case, your file and your schedule.
Before you travel:
- Answers every question, however many you have
- Manages your assessment with the clinic
- Prepares your itemised quote
- Books your hotel and clinic appointments
- Sends your schedule before you travel
During your stay:
- Meets you at the hotel on arrival (or coordinates with your driver)
- Manages communication between you and the clinic
- Checks in with you daily — not a generic message, a specific one
- Is available by WhatsApp throughout, including evenings
- Handles any change to your schedule or clinical plan
After you return home:
- Remains reachable for any question or concern
- Facilitates communication with the clinic if needed
- Manages any guarantee claims on your behalf

Every treatment in your package comes with a formal written guarantee document. Issued before you pay anything. Specifying exactly what is covered, for how long, and what the claims process involves.

- Zirconia crowns: 3 years

A centrally located 4-star hotel · Turkey
The hotel used for Gee Smile patients is a centrally located 4-star hotel — a short drive from the clinic by car (VIP transfer provided for all appointments).
Room:
- Standard double room (superior rooms available on request)
- Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi, in-room safe and other standard amenities
- En-suite bathroom
Facilities:
- Breakfast: Included daily — open buffet, served each morning
- On-site restaurant and bar
- 24-hour reception
- Room service: Available

- Within walking distance of the city centre
- An easy transfer from the airport
- A short drive from the clinic
✦ Why This Hotel
Patients recovering from dental procedures — particularly implant and All-on-4 cases — need a hotel that works for someone who may be tired and slightly swollen, not just comfortable for a leisure traveller.
Specific reasons we use this hotel:
- Proximity to the clinic means transfers are short and efficient — important on procedure day
- In-room dining means patients who do not want to go out after treatment don’t have to
- The breakfast is soft-food friendly — relevant for the first 7 days post-implant procedure
- The reception team is familiar with our patients and their situation — someone to call if you need anything at any hour

✦ Can I Choose a Different Hotel?
If you have a specific hotel preference — a property you know, a particular area, a suite upgrade — this can be accommodated. Tell your coordinator before booking. Custom hotel arrangements replace the standard hotel inclusion; the cost difference (up or down) is adjusted in your total package price.
How the Transfers Work — Step by Step
✦ Airport Arrival Transfer
When you land at the airport in Turkey:
- Collect your luggage from baggage reclaim
- Exit through arrivals — your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name
- You are introduced, your bags are taken, and you are driven directly to your hotel
Driver: Professional, English-speaking, Gee Smile-vetted. Drives a clean, modern private vehicle (saloon or minivan depending on group size and luggage).
Timing: Your coordinator confirms your driver has your flight details. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits — you do not need to contact anyone.
Duration: Typically under an hour from arrivals to hotel, depending on traffic.
✦ Hotel to Clinic Transfers
Every clinic appointment is covered by a private transfer:
- Driver collects you from the hotel lobby at the confirmed time
- Waits at the clinic during your appointment (or returns at a pre-agreed time for longer appointments)
- Returns you to the hotel after each appointment
Your coordinator sends you a daily schedule the evening before, confirming all transfer times. You do not need to arrange taxis or navigate public transport at any point during your stay.
✦ Departure Transfer
On your departure day:
- Your coordinator confirms your departure transfer time the evening before (based on your flight time and the airport’s recommended check-in window)
- Your driver collects you from the hotel lobby at the confirmed time
- You are driven directly to airport departures
If your flight departs early in the morning, departure transfer arrangements are confirmed in advance and your driver is available from the necessary time.
✦ Travelling as a Group or With a Companion
Companions are welcome throughout your stay. Standard package pricing covers one patient — a companion’s accommodation and transfers are added at the rates below:

There is no charge for a companion accompanying you to clinic appointments — they are welcome to wait in the clinic’s reception area.
Can I Adjust What’s Included?
Yes — the standard package is the baseline. Here is how it can be modified.
✦ Adding Treatments
If you want to include additional treatments in your plan — whitening alongside veneers, a crown alongside implants — these are added to your itemised quote. Multi-treatment plans typically offer better value than treatments booked separately, because hotel and transfer costs are shared.

✦ Extending Your Stay
If you want additional nights in Turkey beyond your treatment schedule — for sightseeing, rest or personal preference — additional hotel nights are available at £80 per night, in the same hotel, with breakfast included.
Many patients extend their stay by 2–3 days. Turkey has beaches, culture, history, cuisine and shopping worth experiencing at a relaxed pace between or after appointments.
✦ Upgrading the Room
Room upgrades within the same hotel — superior room, sea view, suite — are available subject to availability. Request this from your coordinator before booking. The cost difference is adjusted in your package price.
✦ Travelling With a Partner or Family
Partners and family members are welcome at no additional charge for transfers (same vehicle). Shared hotel room has no supplement. Separate room is £80 per night.
✦ Sedation
IV sedation is available for patients with dental anxiety or for longer procedures (All-on-4, zygomatic implants). This is an optional addition at £400 per session. Confirm your preference with your coordinator — the anaesthesiologist is arranged in advance.
✦ Short-Stay Options
Patients who want to visit Turkey specifically for a single treatment without a full multi-day package — whitening, for example — can book a short-stay option. See the Teeth Whitening package above, or ask your coordinator about short-stay arrangements for other treatments.
What the Package Does Not Cover
We believe in complete transparency. Here is what is not included in the standard package price.
✦ International Flights
Flights to and from Turkey are not included and are booked independently. From most major UK airports, return flights to Turkey are available from £150–£300 depending on airline, timing and booking lead time. Your coordinator can advise on typical routes and timing from your nearest airport.

Flight booking tip: book after your treatment dates are confirmed — the clinic schedule is agreed first, then flights. Avoid booking non-refundable flights before your date is locked.
✦ Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included — and it is strongly recommended. Your policy should cover:
- Emergency medical treatment abroad (including dental complications)
- Trip cancellation (in case of illness before travel)
- Personal property
Standard travel insurance typically does not cover elective dental treatment costs — but it does cover emergency complications. This distinction matters. Ask your insurer before you travel.
✦ Personal Expenses
Meals beyond breakfast, drinks, personal shopping, sightseeing entry fees, personal medication. Turkey is generally affordable compared to the UK — restaurant meals, taxi rides and leisure activities cost significantly less.
✦ Treatments Added After Arrival
If your Day 2 clinical assessment identifies an additional requirement that was not anticipated — a root canal before crowning, for example, or a bone graft where pre-travel imaging suggested one was not needed — this is quoted and agreed before any additional work begins. You are never charged for something you did not agree to.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the quoted price final, or can it change after I arrive?
The quoted price is based on your assessment and agreed plan. For the vast majority of patients, it does not change. In some cases, the Day 2 clinical examination reveals a requirement not identifiable from photos or pre-travel X-rays — a tooth requiring a root canal before crowning, for example. If this happens, we discuss it with you before proceeding, quote the additional cost, and give you the opportunity to confirm before any additional work begins. We do not proceed with — or charge for — anything you have not explicitly agreed to.
What happens to the hotel booking if my treatment takes longer than planned?
If your treatment schedule extends due to a clinical reason (for example, additional healing time before the final appointment), additional hotel nights are arranged at £80 per night. This is confirmed with you in advance and does not happen without your knowledge.
Can I arrive early or depart late without affecting the package?
Yes — if you want to arrive the day before your scheduled appointments begin (for rest after a long journey) or depart the day after your last appointment (for sightseeing), additional hotel nights at £80 per night can be added. Airport transfers on those additional days are also available. Tell your coordinator when booking.
Is the hotel genuinely 4-star, or is that a loose claim?
The hotel is an independently rated 4-star property. Its rating is verifiable on Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Google Hotels. We encourage you to look it up before booking — its reviews, photos and star rating are publicly visible.
What if the hotel is fully booked for my dates?
We have a primary hotel partnership and a set of alternative properties we use when the primary is unavailable. All alternatives are at equivalent or higher standards. If an alternative is required, your coordinator confirms this before booking — you always know where you are staying before you commit.
Can I combine treatments from two different packages?
Yes — that is what the Smile Makeover package is designed for. Any combination of treatments can be quoted as a single plan. The hotel and transfer elements are shared across the full treatment regardless of how many procedures are included. Ask your coordinator to quote a combined plan.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy is provided in writing at the time of booking, before any payment is made. In general: deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Within 14 days, a cancellation fee applies. Cancellations due to medical reasons (with documentation) are treated sympathetically. Full terms are in your booking confirmation.
