⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ David T. — 61, Leeds, UK
Treatment: All-on-4 Dental Implants — upper and lower arch Date: September 2025 Verified on: Google
“I want to write a proper review because when I was researching this, I desperately wanted to read proper reviews — not just ‘great experience, five stars.’
I had been in dentures for nine years. I am 61 years old. For nine years I had been living a life with restrictions I’d stopped even noticing — soft foods, no corn on the cob, no eating in public without thinking about it, barely smiling in photographs. I’d been quoted by two UK specialists: one said £28,000, one said £32,000, both with long waiting lists. My wife found Gee Smile after months of research.
I was terrified. I don’t use that word lightly. I am not a person who goes easily to the dentist, and this was considerably more than a standard dentist visit. I asked Gülçin probably 40 questions over WhatsApp before I booked. She answered every single one. The guarantee document was emailed to me before I paid a penny. The CT scan report was explained to me in plain English.
The procedure day was long — both arches under sedation, about six hours. The surgical team communicated with my wife throughout. When I came round, I had teeth. Fixed teeth. I want you to understand what that moment felt like after nine years.
Recovery: Day 4 was the worst. Significant swelling, some discomfort, paracetamol and ice. Day 5 I went for a short walk. Day 6 I had dinner at a restaurant in Turkey. By Day 7 I was ready to fly home.
Six months later, I have my final zirconia bridges. My UK dentist reviewed the X-rays at my last appointment. She said, and I am quoting her exactly: ‘The integration is perfect. Whoever did this knew what they were doing.’
Total cost, including both visits, hotel for both, and everything: £14,500. The UK quote was £28,000. I have eaten everything I wanted for six months. I smile in every photograph. I don’t have the mathematics to calculate what those two things are worth.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rachel S. — 38, Bristol, UK
Treatment: 10 Porcelain Veneers (Ivoclar e.max) Date: November 2025 Verified on: Trustpilot
“I will be specific because I am a details person and I appreciate specificity in reviews.
I am a secondary school teacher. I spend a lot of time speaking to people and I had been conscious of my smile for longer than I can remember — staining from years of coffee and tea that whitening could not shift, uneven lengths, a small chip on my upper left lateral incisor. I had been quoted £7,500 to £9,000 in London.
The Digital Smile Design session on Day 2 was the moment that won me over completely. The dentist spent nearly 40 minutes photographing my teeth from multiple angles and different lighting conditions. She showed me the proposed result on a screen — overlaid on a photograph of my actual face. I asked to change the shade (slightly warmer than initially proposed — she was right, I was wrong about what would look natural). I asked to extend the lateral incisor by 1mm. Both adjustments were made immediately in the software and re-shown. I could see exactly what I was getting before a single tooth was touched.
The temporaries on Day 3 already looked extraordinary. I went back to my hotel and genuinely stood in front of the mirror for ten minutes.
The final e.max veneers were fitted on Day 5. The shade match to my lower non-veneered teeth — which had been whitened earlier in the treatment — is exact. I have now had colleagues, a dentist and a dental hygienist examine them, none of whom could identify which teeth had been treated and which had not. That is the standard I was hoping for.
Total cost: £3,400 including hotel and airport transfers. UK quote: £8,500. I would make the same decision again immediately.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Karen W. — 52, Norwich, UK
Treatment: 4 Zirconia Crowns + 1 Dental Implant (Nobel Biocare) Date: October 2025 Verified on: Google
“I came alone and I want to address that directly because I know it puts some people off.
I am a 52-year-old woman and I had never travelled alone for medical reasons. My partner could not take the time off work. From the moment the driver met me at the airport — he was holding a sign with my name, he was friendly and professional, he carried my bag — I never felt alone or unsure about what was happening.
Gülçin checked in with me every evening. Not a generic message — she knew my schedule, asked about specific things, responded quickly. On the day after my implant procedure, when I had more swelling than I expected and was slightly anxious, she called me (not messaged — called) and arranged for the dentist to review me by video that afternoon. The review confirmed everything was normal. I cannot overstate how much that call mattered.
Clinically: the four crowns are excellent. My UK dentist examined them at my checkup last month and noted ‘very well fitted’ in my records. The implant has integrated perfectly — confirmed by X-ray. The shade matching between the crowns, the implant crown and my natural teeth is seamless.
For anyone considering travelling alone: the structure they provide means you are genuinely never uncertain about where you need to be or what you need to do. I would travel alone again without hesitation.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul G. — 44, Manchester, UK
Treatment: Hollywood Smile — 12 teeth (e.max veneers + zirconia crowns) Date: August 2025 Verified on: Trustpilot
“I asked a question that I now realise every serious patient should ask: ‘What happens if something goes wrong after I fly home?’
The answer I got was specific, written, and without hesitation. A guarantee document was emailed to me within two hours of asking — before any discussion of booking. It specified exactly what was covered, for how long, the claims process and what my coordinator’s role would be in facilitating any correction. It even named the alternative clinic that would handle correction if my treating clinic was unable to. That is an unusual level of preparation and it told me a great deal about how seriously they take aftercare.
The treatment itself: remarkable. The Digital Smile Design session showed me a version of my smile I had never seen before. The shade I ended up choosing was not what I came in requesting — the dentist showed me two options side by side on a screen and the difference between them under different lighting was immediately obvious. She was right about the shade.
Nine months later. No issues. No sensitivity. The veneer my UK dentist was most curious about — the upper right lateral incisor, which had previously been crowned — is indistinguishable from its neighbours.
This was not an inexpensive decision. It was the right one.”

Treatment: Dental Implant + 2 Zirconia Crowns Date: July 2025 Verified on: Google
“Four stars, not five, and I want to explain why honestly because a review that only gives five stars isn’t worth much.
The clinical work was excellent — no question. The implant has integrated, the crowns are well fitted and shade-matched, my UK dentist has reviewed everything and has no concerns. The coordinator was responsive and professional.
The reason for four rather than five: on Day 3, my appointment ran two hours later than scheduled, which meant I missed dinner plans I had made in Turkey. When I raised this, the clinic apologised but there was no real explanation for the delay. It was a small thing in the context of an otherwise very good experience — but I believe in honest reviews.
If you are asking whether I would recommend Gee Smile: yes, without hesitation. The clinical outcome is exactly what I hoped for. I would simply suggest building some buffer into your schedule on procedure days.”
Gee Smile response: Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review — four-star reviews with genuine feedback are more useful than uncritical five-star ones, and we appreciate it. We are sorry the Day 3 delay caused you to miss your plans. Surgical schedules do occasionally run long due to clinical requirements — something we could communicate more proactively. We have noted this specifically with the clinic team. We are glad the clinical outcome has been everything you hoped for, and wish you well with your ongoing check-ups.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sarah M., Cardiff, UK · October 2025
“Single implant, upper right canine. Nobel Biocare. The procedure took 20 minutes from first injection to placement — I timed it. I felt nothing. The crown was fitted two days later. My UK dentist compared the X-ray to my original consultation X-ray and said the positioning was ‘ideal.’ I paid £950. UK quote was £2,900. The maths does itself.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mark E., Glasgow, UK · January 2026
“Three implants — lower left quadrant, all lost to gum disease over ten years. The assessment was thorough, the surgeon explained the bone quality situation clearly and recommended Straumann for my case specifically. Four months post-treatment, integration confirmed. My gum disease is managed separately in the UK. The implants themselves are textbook.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Donna F., Liverpool, UK · November 2025
“I am a nurse. I went in with a checklist. Sterilisation protocols, instrument handling, post-operative care instructions, anaesthesia monitoring. Everything was correct. Everything. The implant is excellent. But honestly the thing I was most impressed by was the clinical professionalism of the team throughout.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andy C., Birmingham, UK · June 2025
“Upper arch All-on-4. I had been in a denture for seven years. The moment the provisional bridge was placed and I stood up and looked in the mirror, I started crying. I am not going to pretend I didn’t. Eight months on I have my final zirconia bridge. I eat everything. I am not going to list all the things I eat now that I couldn’t before because the list is too long.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joanne L., Nottingham, UK · August 2025
“Both arches. I want to be specific about the cost because I know it’s what people need to know: total for both arches, both visits including hotel, was £15,800. UK specialist quote for one arch: £14,500. I’ll let you do that calculation.”
Porcelain Veneers

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hannah P., Southampton, UK · December 2025
“8 e.max veneers. I had one concern going in that I’d read about online — the enamel removal being irreversible. The dentist spent time on this at the consultation, showed me exactly how much was being removed (she had a model), explained why it’s necessary and what minimal prep means in practice. I made my decision fully informed. The result: I have been asked by six people since returning if I’ve had veneers. Nobody has been able to tell.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tom R., Leicester, UK · October 2025
“6 zirconia veneers. I grind my teeth and was advised zirconia over e.max for durability. The dentist was honest about the aesthetic difference — e.max is more translucent — but also honest that for my bite pattern, e.max would be a higher risk. I appreciated that she didn’t just recommend the more expensive option. Seven months on, wearing my night guard every night, no issues.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Claire D., Edinburgh, UK · February 2026
“10 e.max veneers. My only regret is not doing this ten years ago. The DSD session was the best part — seeing your own smile redesigned on your face before anyone touches your teeth is genuinely emotional. I changed the shade twice in the session before settling. Nobody rushed me.”
Not Just the Clinical Result — The Whole Journey
Patients talk about more than the treatment. Here is what they say about every element of the experience.
On the Coordinator
“Gülçin answered my messages at 10pm on a Sunday. I did not expect that and I never asked for it — she just did. That availability made me feel confident at every point.” — Lisa H., Plymouth, UK
“The coordinator I worked with, Gülçin, had clearly read my file before every conversation. She remembered details I’d mentioned weeks earlier. She felt like someone who genuinely cared whether my experience went well.” — Gemma K., York, UK
“I had a moment of panic the evening before my procedure. One message to Gülçin and she called me within ten minutes. She was calm, answered every concern and — I only found out afterwards — arranged for the surgeon to call me too. That’s not standard customer service.” — Neil P., Stoke-on-Trent, UK
On the Clinic
“I have had dental treatment in London, Edinburgh and Sydney. The clinic in Turkey was the most well-equipped and the cleanest of all of them. I was not prepared for that.” — James O., Belfast, UK
“The waiting room alone made me feel good about my choice — not because it was luxurious, but because it was clearly a serious clinical facility, not a dental tourism shop. There’s a difference and you can tell.” — Fiona D., Aberdeen, UK
“The dentist explained everything she was doing throughout the procedure. Not in a patronising way — in a ‘you are a grown adult who deserves to know what is happening in your own mouth’ way. I appreciated that enormously.” — Robert J., Exeter, UK
On the Hotel and Transfers
“The hotel was genuinely 4-star. I was slightly sceptical about that claim but it was completely accurate — good room, excellent breakfast, central location, ten minutes from the clinic.” — Tracey M., Doncaster, UK
“The transfer driver met me at arrivals before I’d even spotted him — he had my name on a sign and was waiting at exactly the right exit. After four hours of travel that small thing made a big difference.” — Kevin S., Luton, UK
“Between appointments I had two full days in Turkey. The coordinator recommended a neighbourhood I wouldn’t have found on my own. I’ve been back to Turkey twice since — not for treatment, just because I enjoyed it so much.” — Helen B., Chester, UK
On Post-Treatment Support
“I had a question three months after returning home — a slight sensitivity on one of my crowned teeth. I messaged the coordinator. Within a day she had arranged a video review with the dentist. The sensitivity was normal post-operative sensitivity that was resolving. I was reassured and given a timeline. No charge. No faff.” — Ian F., Middlesbrough, UK
“The aftercare guide they send home with you is more comprehensive than any post-treatment instructions I’ve received in the UK. Day by day, for the first month. With actual specifics.” — Laura E., Portsmouth, UK

Talk to Someone Who Has Already Done This
Reading reviews is one thing. Speaking directly to a patient who has been through the process is another.
We maintain a voluntary referral network of past patients who are willing to speak with people considering treatment — to answer questions from personal experience, not from a coordinator’s perspective.
How It Works
- You let your coordinator know you would like to speak with a past patient — and which treatment you are considering
- We match you with a patient who has had the same or a similar treatment
- They contact you directly — by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer
- The conversation is private. We are not part of it and do not receive feedback on it.
What Past Patients Are Willing to Discuss
- What the procedure itself was like
- Recovery — day by day, honestly
- Whether the result matched expectations
- What they wish they had known beforehand
- Whether they would make the same decision again
What They Will Not Know
Past patients are not clinical advisors. They cannot assess your suitability for treatment, advise on materials or provide a clinical opinion. Those questions go to the coordinator and the dentist.
Response time: we aim to make introductions within 3 working days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these reviews genuine — can I verify them?
Yes — all platform reviews (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook) are publicly accessible and independently verified. Links are provided in the section above. You can also search our name in independent dental tourism forums and communities where we have no moderation ability.
Do you hide or remove negative reviews?
No. Platform reviews on Google and Trustpilot cannot be hidden or removed by us — only the platform can remove a review, and only if it violates their policies. Our overall rating reflects all reviews submitted, not a selection. The rating distribution table on this page shows the percentage of reviews at each star level.
How do you respond to negative reviews?
We respond to all reviews — positive and negative. For negative reviews, we aim to understand what happened, acknowledge what we could have done better, and explain what we have done as a result. You can read our responses on Google and Trustpilot alongside the original review. We believe how a company handles criticism tells you more than its positive reviews.
Can I speak to a coordinator before reading reviews?
Of course — but we’d suggest reading reviews first. Coordinators can answer questions about the process, the clinics and logistics. Reviews answer a different question: what it actually felt like to go through this. Both are worth your time.
How many of your patients are from the UK?
150+ of our reviewed patients are from the United Kingdom, making UK patients our largest single patient group. Most UK patients fly from London, Manchester or Birmingham — typically 4–4.5 hour flights, often on direct routes. Your coordinator can advise on typical flight routes and costs from your nearest airport.
Do you incentivise patients to leave reviews?
No. We do not offer discounts, free treatments, referral fees or any other incentive in exchange for a review. We ask patients — after treatment is complete and they are home — whether they would be willing to leave a review if they are happy with their experience. The decision is entirely theirs.
The People on This Page Were Where You Are Now
Every review on this page was written by someone who spent time on a page exactly like this one — researching, comparing, wondering whether to trust it.
Most of them describe the same moment: when they looked in the mirror after treatment, or ate something they hadn’t been able to eat in years, or smiled in a photograph without thinking about it.
The next step — asking a question, sending a photo, starting a conversation — costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
