We help UK patients access world-class dental care in Turkey — safely, clearly, and without the uncertainty that makes most people hesitate.

We are Gee Smile. We have been doing this since 2026.

Through our partner clinic network, more than 500 patients from the UK and across Europe have replaced missing teeth, transformed their smiles and completed dental work they had been putting off for years — because the cost at home was too high, the waiting lists were too long, or the process felt too opaque to navigate alone.

We are not a clinic. We do not treat patients. We are the layer between you and the clinic that plans your treatment, manages your stay, advocates for you when things need managing, and stays reachable long after you fly home.

This page explains who we are, how we work, why we are based in Turkey, and what we actually do on your behalf — so you can decide whether to trust us with your care.


Why We Started Gee Smile

The Beginning

Gee Smile was founded in 2026 by the small UK-based team behind Gee Health Ltd.

We started Gee Smile after watching UK patients travel abroad for dental treatment and come home without support — no UK point of contact, no one managing their case, no one to call when a question came up three months later. At the time, too many agencies operated as booking platforms: take a commission, hand over a hotel name, disappear. We believed that patients travelling abroad for dental care deserved coordination, transparency and genuine aftercare — with a UK-based person they could actually reach — and that it was possible to provide it if you built the operation the right way from the start.

What We Observed About the Market

When we began, dental tourism from the UK to Turkey was growing — but the patient experience was inconsistent. Some agencies functioned as booking platforms: they listed clinics, took a commission, and left patients to navigate the clinical and logistical complexity largely on their own.

We encountered patients who:

  • Had been quoted a price online and arrived to find it had changed
  • Had no clear point of contact when something went wrong mid-treatment
  • Flew home without a complete clinical record, making UK follow-up difficult or impossible
  • Had received treatment at clinics they had no meaningful way to evaluate in advance

We decided to do it differently. Named coordinator per patient. Clinical vetting of every partner clinic — not listing anyone who pays to appear. Full documentation, every time. And a commitment to staying available after the patient flies home, not treating the departure date as the end of the relationship.

Why Turkey

Turkey offers a combination we could not find anywhere else: genuinely high clinical standards in purpose-built facilities, and a cost structure that makes complex treatment accessible to ordinary UK patients. It is also where we found the clinic we trust — TNC Smile Studio, which we vetted in person before referring a single patient.

Turkey has developed a genuine concentration of internationally accredited dental clinics built specifically for international patient work — digital 3D planning, CAD/CAM fabrication, English-speaking clinical teams, and the patient-journey infrastructure that complex cases require.

We know Turkey well. Our relationship with our partner clinic is built on in-person visits and ongoing monitoring — not a listing fee. We know which cases it handles best. That knowledge is part of what you are working with when you come to us.


What We Do — and What We Don’t

Being clear about this matters. There are things we are responsible for and things we are not — and conflating the two would be a disservice to every patient who works with us.

What We Do

We assess your case. When you send photos or X-rays, your coordinator shares them with the treating dentist at our partner clinic. The assessment you receive is a genuine clinical view — not a marketing response designed to move you toward booking.

We plan your treatment. The treatment plan is specific to your teeth, your anatomy and your clinical situation. It is reviewed by the treating dentist and presented to you in full — with the reasoning behind every recommendation.

We manage your entire stay. Hotel, transfers, clinic appointments, daily coordination, communication between you and the clinical team. Everything is managed so you can focus on your treatment and your recovery.

We advocate for you. If something is not right — a result that does not match what was agreed, a schedule that changes unexpectedly, a clinic interaction that should have been handled differently — we raise it, manage it and resolve it. We are your representative in Turkey, not the clinic’s representative in London.

We stay with you after you fly home. Coordinator access, guarantee claim management, UK dentist liaison — these continue indefinitely. We do not close patient files at the departure gate.

What We Don’t Do

We do not perform treatments. We are not a clinic. We do not employ dentists. The clinical work is performed by qualified, registered dentists at our partner clinics in Turkey. We select, vet and monitor those clinics — we do not control the clinical decisions made within them.

We do not guarantee clinical outcomes. No one can guarantee a specific clinical result. What we guarantee is that treatment is performed to the agreed standard by an accredited clinic using verified materials, with a written guarantee on the work performed. If something goes wrong within those terms, we manage the correction process.

We do not add hidden costs. Your quote is complete and itemised before you pay anything. We earn our margin on the package — not on add-ons discovered at the clinic on arrival.

We do not pressure you. Our assessment and treatment plan are provided free, before any payment is requested. You take as long as you need. We do not use countdown timers, artificial urgency or high-pressure follow-up. If you decide this is not right for you, that is a legitimate outcome and we respect it.


How We Choose and Monitor Our Partner Clinics

We are regularly asked: “How do you know the clinics are actually good?”

It is the right question. Here is the honest answer.

Initial Vetting — What We Check Before Working With a Clinic

Accreditation: We require international accreditation as a baseline — JCI, ISO 9001 or TÜRKAK — or verified national dental authority registration. Accreditation is not a complete guarantee of quality, but it is a verifiable signal that the clinic operates to an independently audited standard.

Physical inspection: We visit every clinic in person before adding it to our network. We assess:

  • Sterilisation and infection control protocols
  • Imaging equipment — 3D CT scanning is a requirement for implant cases
  • Laboratory capabilities or verified laboratory partnerships
  • Patient communication systems and post-treatment documentation processes
  • English-language capability across the clinical and coordination team

Dentist credentials: We identify the dentist(s) who will treat our patients by name and verify their qualifications, registration, specialisation and caseload. We do not work with clinics where the treating dentist is unspecified.

Material verification: We confirm which implant systems, ceramic brands and laboratory materials the clinic uses, and request sample material certificates. We do not accept vague assurances about “premium” or “international” materials without documentation.

Ongoing Monitoring — What Happens After a Clinic Joins Our Network

Patient feedback: Every patient is asked for structured feedback after treatment and at 6 months post-return. We track outcomes, coordinator experience and clinic quality by clinic, by dentist and by treatment type. Patterns of concern trigger reviews.

Review monitoring: We track independent reviews on Google, Trustpilot and dental tourism forums for all partner clinics — not just our own aggregate reviews. We are looking for signals the same way a new patient would.

Annual review: A formal annual review of each partner clinic. Clinics that no longer meet our standards are removed. We currently work with one carefully vetted partner clinic in Turkey — TNC Smile Studio.

Escalation: If a patient complaint reveals a systemic clinic issue — not an isolated incident — we raise it directly with the clinic and, where unresolved, suspend the relationship while the matter is investigated.

What This Means for You

The clinic that treats you has been visited in person, vetted against our standards, and is actively monitored. It is not simply listed because it paid to appear in our network.

We encourage you to verify this independently: ask your coordinator which clinic you would be treated at, look it up on Google, Trustpilot and dental tourism forums, and draw your own conclusion. We are confident in what you will find — because we conducted the same research before agreeing to work with them.

The Clinical Team at TNC Smile Studio

We do not employ dentists — your treatment is performed by the clinical team at our partner clinic, TNC Smile Studio in Turkey. The implant surgeons and cosmetic dentists there each bring 10+ years of experience in their field, work with internationally recognised implant and ceramic systems, and treat international patients as their core caseload. We verify the qualifications and registration of every treating dentist before any patient is referred, and your coordinator can tell you exactly who will treat you before you book.

A Note on Team Size

We are a small, specialist operation — not a platform with hundreds of staff managing thousands of cases simultaneously. Every patient is managed by a named coordinator who knows their case. We have chosen to grow carefully rather than quickly, because the coordination quality we offer requires genuine individual attention, and that does not scale indefinitely without degrading.

A Note on the Guarantee Claims Figure

We publish this because we believe it is more honest than silence on the subject.

6 claims across 500+ treatments represents a claim rate of approximately 1%. The majority were resolved through remote assessment and guidance. Two required a return visit for clinical correction — covered under the guarantee terms at no cost to the patient.

A company reporting zero claims has either treated very few patients or is not being transparent about the ones they have had. A company that handles claims responsibly and promptly is more trustworthy than one that claims to have none. We handle them. We learn from them.


What We Believe

Transparency over reassurance

We would rather tell you something uncomfortable — that your case is complex, that a result cannot be guaranteed, that recovery from All-on-4 is genuinely demanding for a few days — than give you comfortable reassurances that set you up for disappointment. This applies to our treatment plans, our guarantee terms, our reviews page and this page.

The patient is not a transaction

Every person who contacts us is making a significant healthcare decision, often after years of putting it off. They deserve a genuine assessment, honest advice and coordination that does not end when the deposit clears. We try to behave accordingly.

Quality over volume

We could list more clinics. We could handle more patients simultaneously. We have chosen not to — because doing either would compromise the coordination quality we provide. We sometimes refer patients to other services when a case is better served elsewhere. That costs us revenue. We do it anyway.

Accountability without deflection

When something goes wrong — and occasionally it does — we do not disappear or deflect. We manage the situation, advocate for the patient, facilitate the correction and learn from what happened. How a company responds to problems tells you more about it than how it describes its successes.

The honest case for using an agency

Some patients ask whether they would be better served booking directly with a clinic rather than through us. It is a fair question and we answer it honestly.

Going direct is possible. Some patients prefer it. What working with us adds:

  • Independent clinical assessment — we have no incentive to recommend a treatment the clinic wants to sell you
  • Access to a vetted network — we can match your case to the right clinic, not simply send you to whichever clinic you found online
  • A single English-speaking point of contact with full knowledge of your case
  • Advocacy if something is not right — a patient dealing directly with a foreign clinic in a dispute is far more exposed than one with a coordinator managing the process
  • Continuity after you fly home — regardless of how the clinic’s own post-treatment support works

Whether that value justifies our involvement is something each patient decides for themselves. We present the logic clearly so the decision is an informed one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a clinic or an agency?

We are an agency — an intermediary. We do not employ dentists, perform treatments or hold a dental practice registration. The clinical work is performed by qualified, registered dentists at our partner clinics in Turkey. Our role is to select, vet and coordinate those clinics, and to manage the patient experience throughout. This independence matters: our interest is in the right outcome for you, not in recommending treatments the clinic wants to perform.

How do you make money?

We earn a referral fee from our partner clinics — a percentage of the treatment cost paid by the clinic, not an additional charge to you. This fee is factored into the package pricing, not added on top. We disclose this because we believe patients deserve to understand the commercial arrangement behind any recommendation they receive.

Can I contact my clinic directly?

Yes. We can provide direct clinic contact details to any patient who requests them. Most patients prefer to manage all communication through their coordinator — it is more efficient and avoids anything being lost in translation. But direct contact is always available.

How long have you been operating?

Gee Smile launched in 2026. Our partner clinic, TNC Smile Studio, has been treating international patients for considerably longer — more than 500 patient journeys have been completed through the clinic network we work with. We built our service on that established clinical track record, and the review history is visible on Google and Trustpilot.

Are your reviews genuine and independently verifiable?

Yes. Google, Trustpilot and Facebook reviews are independently verified by those platforms and cannot be edited or removed by us. Our full review history — including distribution by star rating — is publicly visible. We also encourage you to search our name in independent dental tourism forums and Facebook groups where we have no moderation ability.

What happens to my personal and medical data?

Your information — photos, X-rays, medical history — is shared with the treating dentist for the purpose of clinical assessment and treatment planning. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Full details are set out in our privacy policy. We are registered with the ICO; registration details are available on request.

What if I am unhappy with how Gee Smile has handled something?

Tell us directly and immediately. We treat complaints as the most useful feedback we receive. If a concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through your coordinator, you can escalate directly to the company director at [email protected]. We do not deflect or delay.
